Keep it real! This class is perfect for all levels (both beginners and experienced clients alike). This workout will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Use of the tower, reformer, and occasional other fun props will take place. A Precision favorite and one of our most popular classes! Formerly Basic or Essential
Reformer Flow & Sculpt
Take it up a notch! Go through a continuous flow of movement in this Reformer workout.This class incorporates an intermediate level workout with contemporary variations of certain exercises. Instructors teach this class to the bodies in front of them so that no two classes will be exactly the same! Formerly Multi-Level or Intermediate
Reformer Advanced Flow
Once you’ve mastered reformer and the tower, it’s time to take it to a new level! In this class you will be challenged both physically and mentally as there are many movements that require extreme coordination and balance. *For safety purposes, instructor permission is required*
Reformer Power Hour
In this athletic workout, you will use the tower of power, EXO chair, barrels, bosu balls and other fun props. This challenging class keeps you on your toes with balance, coordination and deep core work. This is an athletic level class. Not recommended for knee, hip, back or shoulder injuries. Reformer 20/20/20
Begin with a 20 minute challenging power tower and core workout using spring resistance to fire up all of your muscles. Up next – 20 minutes of a contemporary dynamic reformer flow that will get you shaking and sweating. To finish, experience a well deserved 20 minutes of deep stretching utilizing the equipment and yoga flow. Leave feeling like you’re on cloud nine! This is an all levels Precision Pilates original. *Music is used to enhance each section of the workout*
Reformer Teen Sports
Pilates for Athletes. Pilates is a mind/body exercise method that is designed to give you strong and flexible muscles without adding bulk. It focuses on strengthening the core stabilizing muscles of the body, including deep abdominals, lower body muscles and the muscles that support the shoulder girdle and rotator cuff.

EXO Chair Pilates
The EXO chair is considered to be the most challenging piece of Pilates equipment in terms of building strength, working balance, and overall muscle conditioning. Exercises on the chair are great for skiers, runners, tennis players, golfers and anyone looking for an athletic workout. *Not appropriate for anyone with back, shoulder, neck, wrist or knee issues. Must have some Pilates experience.

Mat Pilates for Weight Loss
Feel the anaerobic heat as you melt away fat! This class is a great way to learn how Pilates can change your entire body. Without getting into your neck or back, you will access core muscles like never before! Learn the functional significance of all movements so you feel empowered, both physically and mentally. All levels welcome.
Bone Building Class
A core fusion workout with a focus on bone density building and overall strengthening. This class is GREAT for everyone but fantastic especially for those of us with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Precision Ageless Fitness – Balance & Agility™
This class has been designed for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility, balance, and coordination all while increasing muscle strength and endurance along with bone density. The class will move at a slow and controlled pace. Equipment may be incorporated such as foam rollers and physioballs. Excellent for seniors or anyone recuperating from an injury that wants to get back into working out in a safe environment.

Barre Sculpt & Tone
Precision Barre™ Sculpt & Tone seamlessly combines a fun and energetic Pilates and Barre workout. Spend 30 minutes at the barre toning every inch of your legs, glutes and arms, 20 minutes on the mat doing core work to sculpt your abs and end with a decompressing stretch to leave you feeling refreshed. Great music and lots of fun!
Barre with EXO Bands
Are you looking to shake up your barre routine? This class is all the Barre you’ve come to love plus an incredible resistance band workout that will sculpt and define your legs, arms, and core! Not appropriate for clients with neck, shoulder or elbow injuries.
Beyond the Barre

This class will get you sweating within minutes using the method of high intensity interval training (HIIT) This class will incorporate the tower, the jumpboard, and other fun props to give you the ultimate workout!

PRIVATE TRAINING
In-Studio Private Training
Everyone should begin Pilates with private, one-on-one training. Pilates has a unique language, both verbal and physical. Additionally, your body has its own posture, habits, strengths, and weaknesses. Private training will allow you and your body to learn the method and your trainer to give you direction. If you have any specific needs, private training can address them in a safe and supportive environment. See our Specialties page for more information.
In-Home Personal Training
Have you ever wanted to work out with a personal trainer in the convenience of your home or office? This one-on-one program allows us to focus specifically on YOUR goals so that we can help you to be the best that you can be. In your first session, we will discuss goal setting, complete an assessment, and implement a workout, all in the comfort of your own home! Based on your objectives and baseline assessment, we will design your program to include accountability and progression to keep you working smarter and achieve your goals.

Injury Prevention Program for Teen Athletes
Our mission with the Injury Prevention Program (IPP) is too keep young athletes strong at the core, cultivate balanced muscle development, and create proper alignment of all major joints. These “pre-hab” classes are intended to not only give young athletes an excellent fitness workout but to educate them on their bodies and guide them into safe movement patterns.
We know that ACL tears, tendonitis, sprained ankles and wrists are all worrisome injuries that can end a season. Our team has put together an efficient program that will help your athletes’ bodies work in a safer and more efficient way to not only improve performance but reduce pain and the risk of injury.
Our instructors are some of the most educated on the North Shore. Their various certifications have contributed to Precision Pilates’ success as we have been voted Best of the North Shore for seven years in a row.
Teen training is available in private, semi-private, and customizable group sessions! We have many athletes who train with their teammates or close friends. This allows for the ability to customize workouts.
